Topper & Fred is the formal partnership of a long term collaboration between Heather Ruck and Kimberley Thomas, who have been working together in various guises, for over 15 years. Between them, they have programmed, produced and toured shows throughout the UK and internationally - from pub theatres to the West End; Edinburgh Fringe to the National Theatre, and many places between.
